INTRO
In October 2019, the UNDP Regional Bureau for the Arab States, UNDP Tunisia, and UNDP Sudan, conceptualized and delivered a 3-day “Fast-Action Behavioural Insights Clinic” in Tunis. The Clinic brought together eight Accelerator Labs globally (four from the Arab States and one from each of the other regions) and aimed to equip them to experiment with the use of behavioural insights. The Labs were supported by the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) to develop behaviourally informed experiments linked to waste management and single use plastics, citizen participation in local governance, and entrepreneurship, among other areas.
