INTRO

To promote informed analysis, policy-making, and advocacy, as well as to help countries monitor their progress on the SDGs, the UNDP regional programme for Arab States launched the SDGs tracking tool. The SDG tool is a regional platform that addresses the complexity of the SDGs framework by providing a multi-layer reporting system that reflects information on each SDGs indicator, including all its disaggregation levels. Moreover, the tool also allows to monitor countries’ progress against the targets set out in their national development plans, such as the Saudi Vision 2030, Egypt Vision 2030 and Jordan Vision 2025. A quantitative analysis and cutting-edge data visualization facility offers multi-country comparison and automatically shows progress against benchmark and target values. Another feature provides automated reports on data availability, identifying areas which may require additional data collection or statistical support.

Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels
