INTRO
UNDP Egypt in partnership with the Ministry of Investments and International Cooperation (MIIC) hosted the Africa Impact Investment Coordinating Network Strategy Validation and Operationalization Meeting. The aim of this meeting was to advance impact investment in Africa through an agreement on the structure, operational, legal and financial procedures of the coordinating network, called Impact@Africa. Further objectives were to invite interested stakeholders to become founding members of Impact@Africa, to gain approval on the strategic plan, to enlist initial commitments and funding contributions from champions as well as to elect a permanent Board.
